Returns & Exchange Policy
Orders Returned Within 30 Days
You may return most items purchased from VaporOutlet.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Returns made within the first 10 days of the delivery date will be eligible for a cash back refund.
Returns made after 10 days from the delivery date will receive a store credit only.
Before sending any returns to us you must obtain a RMA number.

This will insure proper processing of your items. We cannot accept packages sent to us without an RMA number.
All items must be returned in the original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and parts and must look brand new. If the items were used and are not in brand new condition, then a minimum 10% restocking fee will be assessed. Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with the return policy. We strongly recommend you insure your packages and send only by trackable means as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in transit.
You should expect your refund or exchange within one week from the delivery date to our warehouse assuming all above conditions are met.

Orders Returned after 30 days
After 30 days, there will be no returns or exchanges. We feel that 30 days with our long lasting aromatherapy products and accessories gives any customer ample time to use, compare and decide on whether the product is right for you. If you have a problem with any vaporizer after 30 days we will provide you with the manufacturers information so that you can get it repaired or if it was defective replaced through the manufacturer.
International Return Policy
All returns outside of the USA and Canada are based on a case by case basis. Because of the high rise of International shipping costs, custom fees and taxes we will do our best to accommodate such a request within our discretion.
